All the top guys (Rosenthal, Sherman, et al.) are tweeting that the Yankees are close to getting Javier Vazquez from the Braves for Melky Cabrera and others. Vazquez is a solid vet with a track record for throwing lots of innings and keeping his teams in ball games. This would be a great catch for the Yanks to save their bull pen and secure the strongest 1-4 starters in the league. Also, this allows them to keep one or both of Chamberlain/Hughes in the pen.
The problem for the Mets with this deal is it frees up cash for the Braves to get the big stick they need. Is this why Bay and Holliday are waiting? Sure, the Braves represent another team to bid, and force the Mets to decide whether they are going to pony or or wave goodbye to them. Not good.

Yankees got VazQuez while we are in the works of signing 35 yr old Minor League Pitcher RA Dickey. Seriously Yankees win the World Series and there still making there team better we sign old men who won't accomplish anything this team is becoming a joke I just wonder are we in a race to try to win the NL East or are we trying to beat the Nats and finish dead last

Lots of specialists argue that home loans aid people to live the way they want, because they can feel free to buy necessary things. Furthermore, a lot of banks present short term loan for different classes of people.

Okay. If you tried this ploy on your parents, you wouldn't get away with it. If your kids tried it you, you wouldn't fall for it either. So why are the American people letting the Government get away with this ploy? I don't know. And I don't get it. Maybe there is just so much going on that it gets lost in the mix. Maybe it's because of the deceptive and disingenuous way it's being presented by Pelosi, Reid, and Obama.
