Its about to open up full throttle. The Yankees have begun to drop offers. Sabathia is currently mulling over a $140 million dollar deal for 6 six years. Burnett is about to get a 5 year offer in the $80 million dollar range as well. Derek Lowe, Oliver Perez, and Mark Teixeira are likely to get offers as well. Look for Lowe and Perez to get similar 4 year offers for around $50 million dollars and Tex should be in the $125 million range. If the Yanks get the ball rolling, you might see them committing to $400 million dollars for 4 players. WOW.
